This is an hourly, non-commissioned position. The Call Center Concierge reports directly to the Sales Center Supervisor. The successful candidate will be able to accept incoming calls on their own laptop and assist guests with their needs including taking ToGo and catering orders as well as connecting our Group Sales team to leads.
